1. What WealthBrain Is

WealthBrain is an AI-powered personal finance tool that provides financial analysis, savings suggestions, investment guidance, and tax optimization insights. It is operated by Gilic Systems, Indonesia.

WealthBrain is currently in waitlist/pre-launch phase. Full product features will be available upon official launch.

2. Not Financial Advice

⚠️ Important: WealthBrain provides AI-generated financial information and educational content. It is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or tax professional. Nothing on WealthBrain constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WealthBrain. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product
Early Bird benefits (1 month Pro free) are granted at our discretion to early waitlist members
We reserve the right to modify or cancel Early Bird offers before launch
We will notify waitlist members of any significant changes via email

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use WealthBrain for illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI systems
Share your account credentials with others
Input false or misleading financial data to manipulate AI outputs
Use WealthBrain to provide financial advice to third parties as if it were your own professional advice

6. Subscription & Payments (Pro Plan)

When the Pro plan launches:

Pro is billed at $19/month (or local equivalent)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds for partial months unless required by local law
Early Bird members receive 1 free month before billing begins

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you input into WealthBrain. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

WealthBrain's design, code, AI prompts, and content are owned by Gilic Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the product without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

WealthBrain is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated financial insights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gilic Systems is not liable for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on WealthBrain's output.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to WealthBrain if you violate these terms. You may stop using WealthBrain at any time and request deletion of your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you via email for significant changes. Continued use of WealthBrain after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
